Dear Trinity Alumni and Friends,
It’s time to celebrate our connection to Trinity! As Reunion activities get underway this week, it’s wonderful to see so many alumni and friends of all ages finding a way to reconnect with each other and this special College. As Provost, this is one of my favourite weeks of the year simply because it’s so heart-warming to hear from so many of you and spend time in your company.
Trinity alumni like you are truly unique. Your loyalty and dedication to the College are unmatched and it shows in the scale of our celebrations every year. At Reunion, I get to hear first-hand about how much Trinity means to you, your hopes for the future of the College – and even join in the laughter as you share stories and memories of your Trinity time. It’s a tradition that is as dear to me as it is to you.
I am especially looking forward to seeing many of you at the annual Garden Party on Saturday, June 20, when we can all enjoy the warm Trinity community feeling across generations of alumni.
Whether you are a young alum joining the cocktail mixer, you are attending a class social, logging into a virtual event, or attending Evensong, this is a time to remember and to celebrate together. Even if you can’t come to the College, please send in your news to share what you’ve been up to. Your classmates and old friends really do want to know. We want to stay in touch!
Finally, a special welcome to the graduating class of 2026: you’re now part of the alumni family! You join thousands of graduates who are cheering you on from around the world and share your deep connection to Trinity. Congratulations!
Sending best wishes to all of you, near and far.
Happy Reunion!
