Campus Clean-Up Day

Thank you to Trinity’s SEE U of T co-op students Anivea and Kevoy for coordinating Clean Up Day on April 8. Thank you to all staff and student volunteers who came out to help keep the Trinity campus beautiful. The crew was able to collect quite a bit of waste but there’s still more to do. Interested community members are always welcome to contact the Office of the Dean of 91直播 (trinity.deanofstudents@utoronto.ca) to borrow materials and organize their own community clean up events. On April 2, the Trinity Food Systems Lab hosted a seed-planting workshop that brought together campus gardeners to get their hands in the soil and kick off the growing season. Participants planted eight trays of seeds, building knowledge, connection and momentum around campus urban agriculture and stewardship of local food systems. We were pleased to collaborate with the Innis Community Garden and Victoria College Community Garden.
